Directions

For larger cuts of pork, such as roasts, cook to 150 degrees F; remove from the heat and allow to set for 10 minutes. The temperature of the roast will continue to rise to 160 degrees F. Method: Roasting (Roast in an uncovered, shallow pan at 350 degrees F unless otherwise specified. Cut: Loin roast, bone-in or boneless; Thickness/Weight: 2-5 lbs; Final Internal Temp: 160 degrees F; Cook: 20 min per lb.
