Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix 1 lb. lean ground beef 1/3 cup water 2 Tbsp. oil 2 cups milk Directions 1. Cut open pouch #1 for Sauce Mix first. Pour contents into small bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut open pouch #2 for Seasoning Mix second. Pour contents into large bowl. Add beef and water; mix until well blended. Shape into 1-1/2-inch meatballs. 3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat. 4. Stir milk and reserved Sauce Mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired. To Bake Meatballs: Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 375°F oven 12 minutes or until cooked through.
