Directions
1. Scatter noodles into plenty of boiling water and cook about 4-5 minutes on high heat, or until noodles reach desired tenderness. (Be careful not to let water boil over). Recommended amount of water for boiling: 1 bundle (100 g) about 1.5 quarts. 2 bundles (200 g) about 3 quarts. 3 bundles (300 g) about 4 quarts. 2. Strain noodles into a colander and rinse 2-3 times under cold running water. Drain well.
