Cooking Instructions*: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook throughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Do not refreeze after thawing. Below cooking time is based on a 1000 watt microwave. * See cooking instructions on back of panel. Microwave: Shake pouch gently to distribute vegetables evenly. Do not puncture or open pouch. Place pouch "this side up" in microwave. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Cooking times will vary depending on microwave wattage. Let unopened pouch stand for 1-2 minutes. Open pouch and pour vegetables into bowl, season to taste. Stove Top: Heat 2 tbsp. oil in skillet on high.
