Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Spices, Herbs, Garlic, and Natural Hickory Seasoning.
Directions
Ribs & Chops: Use 1-1/2 tablespoons of seasoning per lb of meat. Cut meat into serving size pieces. Wet meat and place in bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and rub onto meat surface. BBQ, grill or oven roast at 425 degrees on a wire rack over a drip pan, turning several times so as not to burn. Best chops ever mmm good! Sausage: Mix 1-1/2 tablespoons seasoning and 2 tablespoons water per lb of sausage. BBQ or pan fry patties until done.
