Keep frozen. Heating: Stovetop: Remove number of portions desired from packaging. For quicker heating, microwave on high for 1 minute before heating in a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat. Cook for about 3 minutes each side until crisp. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray pupusas with non stick spray on both sides. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
