Directions
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. If desired, add 2 teaspoons of salt. Gradually add 16 oz of Signature Select Small Shells to boiling water. Stir gently and return to a rapid boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Drain. For salads, rinse in cold water. Store in a cool, dry place.
