ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE [RICE,
NIACIN, IRON (FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE),
THIAMIN (THIAMIN MONONITRATE), FOLIC
ACID], YELLOW SEASONING (SALT, SUGAR,
DEHYDRATED ONION, MALTODEXTRIN,
TURMERIC [COLOR], DEHYDRATED GARLIC, CORN
STARCH, YEAST EXTRACT, ANNATTO [COLOR],
SPICES, SAFFRON [COLOR]).
Directions
On the Stove Bring 3 1/2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice mix, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. In the Microwave In a 3-quart microwave-safe dish, combine 3 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and rice mix. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Reduce to 50% power and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
