COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-19 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 375°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes. AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage.
