Care & Usage: 1. To adjust between thicknesses (thin, medium and thick), turn green knob with letter S to raise or lower ramp. 2. To julienne, turn green knob with letter J to expose the julienne blades. 3. Always turn both green knobs to closed position for safe storage. Hand wash recommended.
