Preparation Instructions: 1 package of O Organics Chili Seasoning MIx. 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey. 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained or two cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce. 1 can (13 to 16 oz) kidney or pinto beans, undrained assorted toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream. 1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer, and hold for about 10-15 minutes. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
