Heating directions: heating appliances vary in power; adjust heating times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Pan fry: (use non stick pans only) add about 1 tsp of vegetable oil into the pan, coat evenly. Place potstickers in a single layer, seam side up and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove lid and continue heating for about 4 minutes until water has evaporated and bottoms of potstickers are lightly browned. Steam: place in steam cooker. Bring water to boil and allow to steam for 10 minutes. Microwave: place 7-10 potstickers into microwavable dish. Add 1 tsp of water and cover with a wet paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove dish with caution as contents may be very hot. Time and cooking power may vary depending on microwave oven. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Caution: product will be hot.
