Directions
Stove Top Cooking Instructions: 1. Add 2 packs Udon Noodles and 1 tsp of oil into the frying pan 2. On medium heat, gently stir-fry the noodles for 2 minutes. 3. Add Bulgogi Sauce evenly into the frying pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Turn off heat, then add Green Onion Topping, and mix well Plate and enjoy! Microwave Cooking Instructions: 1. Open the 2 Udon noodle packets and place evenly in a microwave - safe bowl or plate. 2. Add Bulgogi sauce on top of the noodles. Toss the noodles and sauce together. 3. Cover and microwave - safe bowl or plate and microwave for 3 minutes at 1200w. 4. Mix and microwave for an additional 3 minutes (caution: hot). 5. Let sit in microwave for 1 minute, carefully remove the cover and add Green Onion Topping, then mix well. Plate and enjoy! Warning: The tray is not microwaveable. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
