Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Pre-heat the pan on medium heat with oil. Pan-fry both sides for total of 5-6 mins until browned, flip every minute. Air-fry at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 6 mins, flip halfway through. Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees c) for 14 mins, flip halfway through. Keep frozen. Tear.
