Directions

Thawing Instructions: Remove crab cake from all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Oven preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray or coat pan with oil. After thawing, place cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven and cook for 14 - 16 minutes. Turn the cakes over once during cooking. If baking from frozen, cook for 24 - 26 minutes. Pan Fry: Place 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan and preheat to medium heat. Cook thawed crab cakes in pan for 13-15 minutes. Turn cakes over once during cooking. Shell Warning: When preparing our crab cakes, we hand inspect all carb meat to remove particles of shell. Despite our close inspection, small particles may occasionally be missed, and it may be possible to find some pieces of shell. Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen.
