Directions
Cleaning and Seasoning Instructions: Cast Iron Cleaning: Do not wash in a dishwasher or use harsh detergents. Soak in hot water for several minutes and clean with a gentle sponge or nylon brush. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust. Apply a thin coat of oil before storing in a cool, dry place. Pre-Season/Seasoning on Grill: 1. Apply a coat of cooking oil to the entire surface (inside and out). 2. Place upside down on grill away from direct heat for 1 hour on a medium heat (325 degrees F-375 degrees F). 3. Turn off grill and let cool. Repeat seasoning as necessary to prevent foods from sticking.
