Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: A thermometer cannot be used to probe bacon due to the inadequate depth of the product; thermometer would not have an accurate temperature reading. All pork products must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Skillet: 1. Place bacon slices in unheated skillet. 2. Cook on medium heat 8-10 minutes or to desired crispness, turning frequently. 3. Dram on paper towels. Microwave: 1. Place bacon in single layer on paper towels on microwavable plate. 2. Cover with paper towel. 3. Microwave on high to desired crispness. 2 Slices: 1-1/2-2 minutes 4 Slices: 2-1/2-3 minutes. Conventional Oven: 1. Place bacon in single layer in shallow baking pan. 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or to desired crispness (no turning is necessary). 3. Drain on paper towels. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
