Directions
All You Need: 2 Tbsp. oil, 1 large onion cut into strips, 1 bell pepper cut into strips, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips, 1/3 cup water, 8 flour tortillas, 1 pkg. Lawry's Chicken Fajitas Spices & Seasonings Mix. Makes 8 Fajitas. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook and stir until tender-crisp. Remove from skillet. Brown chicken in same skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and Spices & Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Return vegetables to skillet; cook until heated through. Spoon into warmed tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
