Directions
Preparation: 1. Heat 4 quarts of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt. 2. Add pasta and return to gentle boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain. 3. Toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve. Serving Suggestion: Pair with Giovanni Rand Marinara Sauce: Or try Pappardelle with Mushroom Sauce Sauté mushrooms in olive oil with garlic and onion. Add cooked pappardelle to pan, with Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley and butter. Toss and serve topped with extra grated Parmigiano Reggiano parsley. Keep refrigerated. Product fresh frozen. Thawed and dated for freshness. Use by date on front of pack. After opening, use within 3 days.
