Cook from Refrigerated: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray, bake uncovered for 7-8 minutes* until minimum internal temperatures of 145 degrees F is maintained. * Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish.
