Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Stir after first 3-4 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Stove Top: Add 1/4 cup of boiling water for each cup of frozen vegetables. Return to a boil. Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable | Keep frozen.
