Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil in sauce pan. 2. Add half of the bag of frozen vegetable mix and return to boil. 3. Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 5-7 minutes; stir once during cooking time. 4. Avoid over cooking. Season to taste and serve. Microwave Instructions: 1. To cook half of the bag of vegetable mix, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. 2. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. 3. For ovens greater than 1100 Watts, cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Cook thoroughly. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
